(Spice answer) To love them as Jesus modeled: to serve and be a servant leader. This means that I must be willing to do the unpopular jobs, the work that is not seen, put in the extra hours when no one is looking. I need to be a strong leader, yet be willing to show how imperfect I am. I must be an encourager and willing to seek out the men who need to know that they are loved. Praise God for the opportunity to love His men. These men, and this ministry, belong to God. His name is on the ministry. I am His entrusted, loving servant and I have a one-day contract. I hope He invites me back tomorrow to DO IT AGAIN!

Constantly dialouge with the Holy Spirit who lives in you while testing your motives in every action and decision you make as a leader - Christ followers should be able to see Christ in you; non-believers won't know what it is they are seeing but you'll be dropping seeds on the soil of their heart when you model Christ in everything you do.

Lead by a Holy example, with integrity, love, wisdom, and forgiveness. Protecting them, and seeing to their needs; physically, mentally, and spiritually. To always be accessible and ready to listen, and to lend guidance where it is sought.
